Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Manage social strategy and content calendars to deliver 5–10 tailored weekly posts.
Adapt existing assets into platform-specific posts with captions, titles, and thumbnails.
Publish and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and more.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend optimizations based on analytics.
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with client priorities and upcoming campaigns.

Requirements
What You Bring
2–3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and platform best practices.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across multiple industries.
Ability to make light content edits, optimize posts, and manage multiple accounts.
Highly organized, strategic, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
2–3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
