About Swifty

Swifty is a fast-growing campus-focused delivery service built to make logistics easier, faster, and more reliable for students and university staff. As we continue to expand across Nigerian campuses, we are seeking responsible and entrepreneurial students to represent Swifty within their universities as Campus Managers.

Role Summary

This role is strictly for currently enrolled university students. As a Campus Manager, you will serve as Swifty’s official representative on your campus. You will coordinate delivery operations, grow campus awareness, and ensure a smooth experience for users. This position is ideal for students who want real-world leadership, management, and business experience while still in school.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain necessary approvals from your university where required

Oversee and manage daily delivery operations on campus

Recruit, coordinate, and supervise student delivery agents

Promote Swifty to students and staff through on-campus marketing and creative campaigns

Handle customer feedback and ensure service quality

Submit weekly performance updates and reports to the central team

Eligibility & Requirements

Must be a currently enrolled student of the university you are applying for

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Self-motivated, reliable, and leadership-oriented

Ability to work independently while balancing academics
