A qualified, detail-oriented Accountant is required on behalf of a premium pastry shop and hospitality establishment. The accountant will be responsible for keeping accurate records, tracking daily financial transactions, providing detailed reporting, and enforcing strict financial internal controls.

Manage and reconcile the daily financial records, cash flow registers, and transactions of the establishment. Produce monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements for management review. Enforce financial internal controls to mitigate fraud, waste, and discrepancies in inventory and sales. Oversee vendor payments, payroll administration, and local tax compliance filings. Coordinate with the store supervisor to match physical inventory with financial outlays.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience Level: 2–4 years of experience working as an accountant, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or food services sector. Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or equivalent POS accounting integrations). Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
