Job Description

Brielle Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Social Media & Growth Executive to drive online engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth through social media platforms. This role is designed for professionals who are performance-focused, able to turn social media activity into measurable business outcomes, and contribute directly to revenue. The Social Media & Growth Executive will promote Brielle Consulting’s services, including talent acquisition, payroll management, business and company registration, HR advisory, payroll outsourcing, and human capital development solutions. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage and grow Brielle Consulting’s social media presence across platforms Create engaging content that converts followers into leads and clients Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing & Revenue Content to execute revenue-driven campaigns Generate leads that convert into paying clients Analyze social media performance metrics and report on growth and ROI Maintain accurate records of campaigns, leads, and conversions GOVERNANCE AND COMPLIANCE Operate within documented social media and marketing processes Ensure ethical marketing practices and compliance with platform standards Maintain clear, auditable records of campaigns, engagement, and lead conversion COMPENSATION STRUCTURE Monthly Salary: ₦200,000 Performance Application 65% and above of the agreed performance threshold Full salary paid Below 65% of the agreed performance threshold Salary is prorated strictly based on performance
