Vacancy for Graduate Site Engineer in Lagos

Location: Lagos Lekki Phase & Pinnacle, Jakande

Role Overview:
We are looking to engage a proactive and detail-oriented Graduate Site Engineer to join our construction team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who has completed NYSC and is eager to gain hands-on experience in site operations while contributing to the successful delivery of ongoing projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day coordination and supervision of site activities.
* Assist in implementing approved construction drawings and technical specifications.
* Work closely with site supervisors, artisans, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
* Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
* Help maintain accurate records of materials usage and site documentation.
* Participate in quality checks, safety enforcement, and general site inspections.

Qualifications and Skills:
* OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field.
* Completion of NYSC
* Up to 1 year of relevant experience (including internships or industrial training).
* Strong interest in developing a career in construction and site engineering.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment.
* Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
