Job Summary:
Delta Flames is seeking a competent and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently
Supervise and train staff
Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
Monitor inventory and control costs
Handle customer complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure
Must reside in Kwale or Asaba (preferred)
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000
