Senior Full-Stack Developer (Django/React)

Our client is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to work on a Django- and React-based platform used in clinical and operational environments. The role involves building stable backend services, improving frontend interfaces, and ensuring that features meet healthcare data and security requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development
Build and maintain backend features using Django.
Structure APIs for internal and external integrations.
Handle authentication, authorization, and secure data flow.
Frontend Development
Build interfaces using React and TypeScript.
Ensure pages are accessible, responsive, and easy to use.
Implement shared UI components according to design guidelines.
System Quality
Write unit and integration tests.
Fix defects and improve reliability.
Review code and maintain consistent standards.
Collaboration
Work with product, QA, and DevOps teams.
Support integration with third-party services.
Document features and technical decisions.

Qualifications Required
5+ years of full-stack development experience.
Strong Django and Python experience.
Strong React and TypeScript experience.
Experience with PostgreSQL.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Familiarity with secure coding practices.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to Have
Experience with ISO 27001 or NEN 7510 environments.
Experience in healthcare or other regulated sectors.
Experience with Docker or containerized environments.
